DRASHTA SARVAIYA
Drashta Sarvaiya has created her own path in fashion along with creating an award winning collection for her graduation from National Institute of Fashion Technology.
She began her career as a junior designer at a Delhi based fashion house OGAAN. Soon after in 2003, she was made the Head of Design - Women's wear and Accessories for Ashley Blaine, an Indo-Irish label.
2005 marked the launch of Drashta's first collection which was an instant sellout. One of the most sought-after names in retail from the Middle East bought her entire collection & commissioned her to produce a limited edition collection for their store. There has been no looking back for Drashta since then. Drashta opened the lable's first flagship store in Mumbai, September last year.
In India the label is made available at the flagship store in Mumbai. Internationally the label is available in Dubai UAE, Kuwait, Riyadh, Bahrain & Jeddah.
Each year the label creates two distinct collections of evening wear and accessories. Her signature style of sexy femininity, sharp tailoring and unique color combinations are evident in her designs.
Today, Drashta presents her collections at a private showcasing Paris and at Lakme Fashion Week in India.
